Our Standards:

All photoshoots:

Images:

• Images are not publicly published unless a separate permission form is signed.

• Your name and information is never included with published photos unless you request it to be in a separate form.

Images are delivered by Google Drive:

• Requires a link and your email to access, but the photos are transferred to Google servers.

​

Photoshoot preferences are saved in Google Forms:

• Requires a link and password to open, but information is saved on Google servers 

• Preferences are not directly shared anywhere

​

Books are printed using 3rd party print shops:

• Files are transferred to the print shop

• If products will be delivered directly to you, your name and address are also provided to the print shop with the images. Please note that we do try very hard to vet our print shop partners, but we are not responsible for any breaches in privacy caused by them.

Note: If you prefer your files only be handled in-house, please let us know and we can make accommodations at a reasonable rate.

Clients who signed publishing releases: your information may be shared if we are legally required to share it.

All others: your information will not be shared.
